New Student Registration
Please note new student enrollment is only for those students who are new to the district. Students who finished the 2011-12 school year will receive enrollment packets on the first day of school.
Hayes Primary School (*Head Start,*PK-2nd grades), Whitesboro Intermediate School (3rd-5th), Whitesboro Middle School (6th-8th), and Whitesboro High School (9th-12th) will hold new student registration on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 9:00-11:00 and 1:00-3:00.
The following items will be needed for registration:
Student’s Social Security Card
Student’s Certified Birth Certificate
Student’s Immunization Records
Driver’s License of Parent/Guardian enrolling the student.
Proof of Residency – (utility bill which includes the name of the enrolling parent/guardian)
Any legal documents pertaining to the student
Name and contact information for your child’s previous school
*For Pre-K and Head Start, we must have current income for all in the household, 2011 income tax return, food stamp letter, Medicaid letter, child support and SSI (if applicable).
